Strathconon Glen is rated as one of the most beautiful glens in Scotland and is only a few miles away , this is well worth a visit and you are sure to encounter a herd of deer on a trip through this glorious Glen. |

You can also walk to Rogie falls from the caravan and campsite or walk up to view rock for truly spectacular view.

Running through the village of Contin is the River Blackwater the largest tributary of the River Conon , Ross-shire's best salmon and sea trout river . We are ideally situated to provide accommodation for visiting salmon anglers

Scotland has the best faciltiies for a range of water based activities
such as canoeing , white water rafting , Gorge walking . You can enjoy canoeing from our-site . We are hoping to offer canoe hire in the near future . |
Rothiemurchus has some great activities , many of which we have tried ourselves . We recomment the Segways for a great family event . |

We have also used the highland activities centre near Fort Augustus and we loved the Funyacking and also canoeing on Loch Oich .

Touring
We are on the famous Northcoast 500 as featured in the National Press as one of the worlds top touring routes . We are well placed for the start of that tour as the next site going west is at Applecross , which is over 3 hours spectacular drive away .
